IPATA Conference Hong Kong 2011
The ACE Pet Moving Team joined the IPATA conference in Hong Kong earlier this month. This year, almost 200 pet shippers from 107 different companies from over 39 countries attended the conference, which makes it the largest conference in its history. It was the 35th conference and for the first time held in Asia.
The ACE Team is joining the IPATA conference every year to meet old friends, strengthen relationships, meet new partners or put a face to a name we have known for years.
At the conference different topics were presented and discussed. To name only a few:
- Airlines representing their services and animal stations
- Handling aggressive dogs
- Veterinary Medicine and Pet Relocation
- UK Pet Travel Scheme changes for 2012
- Country profiles such as Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, etc.
We look forward to next year‘s conference, which will take place in Madrid, Spain.
