Dear Pascal,
Mark and I would like to say very big thank you for taking such excellent care of Bear during his transit to Hong Kong.  He arrived very promptly, less than 3 hours after landing at the airport, all the paperwork had been completed, he is up to date with his rabies vaccination and he was delivered by a very friendly and professional couple who telephoned us frequently during the afternoon to keep us informed of his progress.
Bear arrived in great shape; he did a real 'double-take' when we opened the apartment door. I don't think he could quite believe it was us! After a rather cautious sniff round he  settled in very well and is enjoying lots of walks along the beach and swims in the sea.
We are so grateful to you and your staff; we would and indeed already have, recommended your company to friends who may be relocating. You have shown great professionalism and a real understanding of the  stresses involved moving a pet across continents. We particularly enjoyed seeing the photograph of him in the van!
