Hi Marcel
I am just about to leave Dubai but I wanted to let you know that Honey and Reuben arrived safely. Honey isn't still very happy but she has just started eating so should be fine fairly quickly. Reuben on the other hand has already won the heart of his attendant and she says he is very happy and enjoying cuddles. Typical Reuben behaviour ;-)
Thanks so much again and I will be sure to send you photos and also update you when I collect them. You have certainly made this so much easier.
I would never hesitate to recommend you or use you again if we ever come back this way.
Kindest Regards

Anna, David, Reuben and Honey

We move your pet!

ACE Pet Moving GmbH is a growing business with a motivated team with headquarters at the International Zurich-Airport and a branch office at Geneva-Airport. Our staff has extensive experience with preparing, organizing and finalizing international animal transport by ground and air.

We are grateful for the mutual trust and excellent relationships that we have built up over the years with our global partners, airlines and their agents - key factors that will ensure your animal has the safest journey to its new home.  Our many years of experience and an impeccable record will always make the difference.

Our team has been created according to the international standards of IATA (International Air Transport Association) and we keep ourselves constantly informed and updated about the latest changes in laws and conditions.

We look forward answering your questions about moving your animal to any destination, including obligatory vaccinations, eventual blood tests and documents which may be required, for your pet to experience a stress-free and smooth relocation.  We work according to the international rules for the transportation of live animals (IATA LAR – Live Animal Regulation) and we have the support of a worldwide network of animal transport specialized businesses.

Guided by a close cooperation with the federal veterinary office, border and government veterinarians, the live animal stations and various boarding facilities, we can offer you a wide range of services including all the information about documentation required for the transport of your animal.

Don’t hesitate to contact us for guidance on your pet relocation and an offer without obligations.

When animals travel by airfreight

Also animals travel on passenger aircrafts. Many however under different circumstances than their human companion.

Good planing causes no problem when transporting animals

ACE Pet Moving with headoffice at Zurich-Airport organizes live animal transports by plane and has extensive experience.

Animals in the air

By taxi to the airport, health check before departure and lots of "pawroom" in the cargo compartment: globalization has turned thousands of our four legged companions into well-cared passengers.
