I recently relocated from Toronto to Basel and had the good fortune to work with Ace Pet Movers. They coordinated all the paperwork (customs clearance, veterinary inspection, etc.), picked me and my dog up from Zurich and drove us to Basel in a big van (with tie-downs for my pup's crate). Herr Marcel Brozius was fabulous. He has a great way with dogs, his English is beyond excellent and he is a very nice guy. If you are moving to or from Switzerland, I would highly recommend that you check them out.
